James River Branch: Biography

David Smith

A native of New Jersey, David is a college student studying to be a commercial artist. In his spare time, it's a virtual guarantee he'll be near a railroad somewhere shooting slides of anything and everything. If he isn't photographing trains, he's at home building them; his White River and Northern is a small N scale layout depicting a fictional New England logging line. In addition to trains, he likes trees, waterfalls and sunsets. (Unlike the other bios, this one's not fictional.)
